If you received an order ready text message with a link that allows you to select a prescription for delivery then you are eligible to get at least one prescription delivered. Some prescriptions may not be eligible even if they are filled at the same time.
If you don’t see a message with a link stating that you may be eligible, we currently don’t support home delivery via Instacart at your pharmacy.
Yes, if you are managing other patients’ prescriptions via the Costco pharmacy app, you can add their prescriptions to your order. However, those prescriptions must also be eligible for delivery and all the prescriptions in one order must be from the same store.
We have partnered with Instacart to offer same-day delivery of prescriptions along with grocery items. After adding your prescriptions for delivery, you will be redirected to Instacart to complete the checkout process. At that time, you can add grocery items to the same order before you checkout.
